With such an epic title I was expecting something special - and it kinda was. I feel like they may have been wanting to use Darkseid, but instead an orange alien named Starlock kidnapped Lois and Jimmy who just happened to be riding on the space shuttle.
Since most of the previous episodes were Earthbound, this ambitious outing was a nice change of pace complete with Superman flying through hyperspace and hordes of Star Wars inspired alien species. If the series had been more like this and less about evil CEO Lex Luthor, there may have been a season 2.
